API Conversations
The API Conversations section displays the history of all interactions initiated via external integrations or chat widgets using the API. This provides a quick overview of user conversations that have occurred outside the native Chat AI interface, helping you track and analyze external channel activity.
Please note that conversations initiated from the native Chat AI section in Artiko.ai are not displayed here. Those remain exclusively in their dedicated section. In other words, API Conversations focuses solely on chats from external widgets or API-based integrations, keeping these interactions organized and separate from in-dashboard conversations.
